  • 2 bowl sugar
  • 5-6 pods cardamom

Step by Step Instructions

Step 1

Peel the mangoes.

Step 2

Finely shred the mangoes using a shredder.

Step 3

Take sugar the same quantity as the mangoes. (If you have one bowl of shredded mango, then one bowl of sugar.)

Step 4

Add the shredded mangoes and sugar in a pan, and cook on medium heat. Keep cooking till you get one-string consistency.

Step 5
Add cardamom powder to the mix. The jam is ready. Allow it to cool, then transfer it to an air-tight jar.
